This series of bowls is near and dear to me. They are ash glazed using the trees from our property and decorated with local slip found in quiet streams in southern Vermont. The iron makes and appearance through the ash every now and then. They are velvety and extra melty. The bottoms have been sanded and smoothed despite their rough appearance.
