This ash glaze is made from the trees on our property. We burn only fallen trees from our land. Once we heat our home with this wood, the ash is collected and used to make this rich glaze.
It gives me great pleasure to share this pot with you. It is the spirit of Jackie Sedlock Pottery and the essence of our corner of the world: Mason Hill.
